Heli is fine but I'm up for letting others try too.
I'm happy with the APC. My standard loadout of armour, smoke and AT rounds is still great. I joined late to a match of Grand Bazaar and got MVP (my random gunner got MVP2 aswell). I've not had too much time in the other vehicles to get a feel for them.
I don't feel that vehicles have been nerfed out of proportion. I tried a bit of Caspian in the tanks and chopper and felt everything was good. I'm looking forward to playing more.
